The hotel is located in an amazing spot, right in the heart of a vibrant neighbourhood with lots of food options and a quick commute via the nearby subway station. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean and well-designed. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist you in any way possible. The gym is well-equipped and always kept clean and tidy.

The hotel could do with improving their breakfast menu and room service options, as per some reviews.

Everything seemed good, kind staff, new-fashioned rooms. We had a sensational continental breakfast with lots of meals. The location was stunning, at a walking distance from Tenement Museum.

The venue provided a luxurious experience with its exclusive amenities. the staff was friendly, attentive, and fulfilled all my needs promptly, from catering services to special diet menus. the location advantage was exceptional, with easy access to popular destinations.

The restaurant buffet was subpar and didn't meet the hotel's standard. the bar/lounge area made up for this minor issue with its impressive and well-crafted beverages.

This is a stylish and fairly clean property with excellent staff and location. Canal Street subway stop is within walking distance of the place, some 5 minutes on foot.

The venue is fairly clean and reasonably large, views are fabulous, the location is top not far from restaurants, bars, Chinatown. Healthy continental breakfast and super cool staff. Manhattan district is worth seeing.

I recently stayed at 11 Howard for my wedding anniversary. The hotel staff surprised us with a room upgrade and a bottle of prosecco, which was a very kind gesture. The decor of the hotel is hip yet comfortable, and the food choices, though adequate, were excellently presented. The coffee was unusually good, and the hotel provided necessary wifi access for work. The staff was available but not intrusive, and I loved the convenience of mobile check-in. The minibar in the room was great, and the bed was very comfortable.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The bathroom was clean and the stand-up shower was wonderful.
